Amit Patel, a Vascular Surgeon at Atlantic Medical Group attempted to sue for $76,000
Case Dismissed.
Despite being told not to attend while we were en route to Istanbul for his event, Dr. Patel sued the Clane Gessel Studio, demanding a full refund. We couldn’t offer a refund since we turned down many other weddings in order to shoot Dr. Patel’s daughter, but In the spirit of goodwill, we offered to donate the full $76,000 to Turkish charities to help those affected by the 2023 earthquake, but Patel wanted the money for himself and rejected the offer. We’re pleased to announce that the case has been dismissed with Patel getting nothing. We’re moving forward stronger, continuing to give back, and focusing on what we do best—capturing life’s most incredible moments. Thank you all for your continued trust and support!
