Guru and Bangxi have such a unique story! From meeting in St. Louis, engaged in Key West, and wedding in Washington, they have been all over the country together. We loved getting to know this couple. Their traditional Chinese ritual wedding was amazing to see.
Bangxi and I met in Washington University in St.Louis 2011, Orientation welcome party! I was about to sing a song contingently, suddenly the microphone was not working. I laughed a lot with a little bit of awkwardness, then Bangxi went over to introduce himself and ask my phone number. The story began…
Christmas trip in Key West 2014, Bangxi prepared a love song which was written by himself and he proposed to me during sunset. I said YES! What was your fondest wedding moment? Vows of course! Both of us spoke the words from deep heart truly and humorously.
Guru is an architect, Bangxi is an engineer; she always smiles but a little bit sensitive, he looks cool but sometimes doubi; she likes playing with Dota, he likes playing DOTA; she decors, he cooks; she grew up in north China, he grew up in the south. Guru&Bangxi met in Washington University in St.Louis 2011, then she&he became WE. We are travel enthusiasts, shutterbugs, food lovers, dog persons and lazy neat freaks; we are best friends and soulmates. Bangxi proposed and Guru said YES in Key West 2014, now we’re getting married in Seattle! It could have happened lots of ways. But this is the way it happened. This is the path we took. This is our story.
Clane of course! He is the best and sweetest.
No matter what the scale or the style of your wedding is, just be yourself. Believe yourself, trust everyone. Enjoy the best day of your life with your soulmate and all the family& friends. Be precious of every minute, the day will go really fast!!!!
